Extended Vehicle Warranty

: Yes! You can transfer the contract to another private purchaser of your vehicle. Vehicles that have Mechanical Breakdown Protection added when selling typically have higher resale vales and can create more peace of mind for the buyer to help you sell your car faster.
: If your insurance company has deemed your vehicle a total loss as the result of an accident, Route 66 will refund the entire premium back to you or us on your behalf, if you have purchased the Total Loss Refund option. Some restrictions apply. Contact Route 66 for eligibility information at 800.808.0828 or claims@route66warranty.com.
: You have 30 days after purchase to obtain a full refund. After that, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund of the unused portion of your contract. Unlike some companies, we do not pro-rate your refund from the in-service date of your vehicle.

You may cancel the agreement by submitting a written request to Route 66, mailed to PO Box 1075, Mountain Home, AR 72654 or emailed to cancels@route66warranty.com. Include agreement number, reason for cancellation, and a notarized statement indicating mileage of the vehicle at the time of cancellation.
: Plans vary depending on the vehicle year and mileage. Pricing options also vary between a monthly payment or paying the cost up front.
: No, typical auto insurance does not cover breakdowns or maintenance. Most auto insurance policies also do not include 24/7/365 emergency roadside assistance.
: That is okay! Our plans cover both new and used vehicles.

1. Must purchase Total Loss Refund option. Mechanical Breakdown Protection, powered by Route 66, is optional and will not affect your application for credit or the terms of any credit agreement you have with us. Certain eligibility requirements, conditions, and exclusions may apply. Coverage will cover any mechanical issues not caused by collision or damages not covered by your regular auto insurance.

2. Annual Percentage Rate (APR). Rate effective 10/1/23 for a limited time. Rate may vary depending on credit history, term of loan, and underwriting factors. Subject to credit approval. Programs, rates, terms and conditions subject to change without notice.
